Asset Management Program Roundtable

We invite all agencies, large and small, to participate.  We would like all to share, no matter where you are in your asset management journey.

Roundtable Discussion Questions (10 am – 12 pm)

• Overview of your agency’s Asset Management Program
• Program governance and structure within your agency
• Your agency’s approach to asset definition, classification, naming conventions, and hierarchy
• Challenges and creative solutions

Lunch will be provided following the roundtable (12 – 1 pm). An RSVP for lunch will be requested close to the meeting date.
