On March 22 from 9 am to 12 PM, the Clean Water Summit Partners will host a free Zoom webinar on the reissued statewide Sanitary Sewer System Waste Discharge Requirements (SSS-WDR, Order WQ-2022-0103 DWQ). Register here for this webinar, which will focus on updates to Spill Emergency Response Plans due by June 4, 2023, including presentations to:

– Review requirements in the reissued General Order driving changes to existing Response Plans;
– Walk through the portions of the plan requiring changes and provide guidance on performing updates; and
– Provide guidance on putting these potential changes into practice by June 4, 2023.
